How long does construction typically take?
Each type of home has a unique timeframe for construction whether it is a condo, townhome, single family or a custom home. Every build and builder is different. A custom home may take 10 to 12 months to build.
Slab foundations usually take between 90-120 days and basement foundations take around 120-135 days to construct. However, delays such as weather, governmental codes, and permitting can delay that time frame. Bare in mind that those estimates are based on our average 3000 sq. ft. build size. A 6000 sq. ft. home can take longer.
Do you charge for quotes?
The general answer is no. We charge for detailed quotes to ensure that we have the necessary time and resources to provide detailed and exact information to maximise clarity and reduce budget fluctuations.
How is the contract concluded?
All the details of the parties fit into the contract. After discussing all the details, the contract is signed by both parties and they made an advance payment for the construction.
What kind of deposit is required?
After signing the contract, we take $ 5K as a deposit, which is deducted from the last payment
How do I pay? Payment sequence
Payment is made in stages. At the time of the conclusion of the contract, you pay a deposit and after that, the payment takes place in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the contract.
Are there any guarantees?
We give a one year warranty for all completed construction work.
Can I use my architect's plans and use the services of my plumber, for example?
The general answer is yes. But please pay attention in this case our company does not assume warranty for the provided and timelines as your contractor works independently. Also we aren't responsible for the execution of the work, if you decide to invite your contractor.
How do I get started?
Contact us in any way convenient for you. We will make an appointment with you. Then we give you a quote for our services at your request. If both parties are satisfied with the terms of the contract, we sign it and proceed to work according to the agreement.
